When you sign in with Google: your name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID. We ask Google only for the basic “openid, email and profile” permissions. We never see your Google password and get no access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts or anything else.

When you send a brief or run a campaign: what you tell us. That includes your brand, role, phone or WhatsApp number, website, the product, the idea, references and links. It also covers the messages, approvals and change requests you send, and invoice and payment status.

When you ask a question on the contact page: your name, email and message.

Automatically: the cookies listed below and the standard request logs our hosting keeps for security and troubleshooting (IP address, browser, time).

• to reply to your brief, write your proposal and run your campaign;
• to show you your campaign page: proposal, scripts, cuts to review, messages and invoices;
• to send and track invoices, and keep the accounting records the law requires;
• to keep the service secure and stop abuse;
• to meet legal obligations.

Information we receive from Google sign-in (name, email, profile picture, account ID) is used only to create your account, sign you in and show who you are on your campaign. We don't use it for advertising, we don't sell it, and we don't transfer it to anyone except as needed to run the service, for security, or as the law requires.

Aurari's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use only the cookies needed for the site to work. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers.

• au_session: keeps you signed in (30 days).
• au_oauth: protects the Google sign-in step from forgery (10 minutes).
• au_draft: holds a finished brief while you sign in, so it isn't lost (up to 7 days, then deleted).

While you fill in a brief, your answers are also saved in your own browser's storage, so a refresh doesn't lose them. That copy stays on your device and is cleared once the brief is sent.

Our creators are fictional AI characters. To make your content, product photos, references and scripts you share may be processed with AI services from Google (Gemini and related Google Cloud services) under their business terms. We use your materials only to make your campaign, not to build public datasets.

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Our team: producers and admins working on your campaign, each with access limited by role.
• Service providers who run the service for us: Google Cloud (hosting, database, secrets) and Google (sign-in and AI processing). If you pay online, the payment provider named on your invoice, such as Razorpay, handles your payment details. We never see your card or bank details.
• Authorities: when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and users' safety.

Your data is stored on Google Cloud in its Singapore region (asia-southeast1). It is encrypted in transit and at rest. Sign-in keys and database credentials are held in a secrets vault, the database account is isolated from other systems, and every action our team takes on a campaign is recorded in an internal audit log.

• Account and campaign records: while your account is active, and then as long as needed to resolve disputes.
• Invoices and accounting records: for the period Indian tax law requires (currently up to 8 years).
• Briefs held during sign-in: deleted after 7 days if never sent.
• Contact-page questions: up to 12 months.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you can ask us to:

• show you the personal data we hold about you, and how we use it;
• correct or update it (you can edit most of your details on your Account page);
• delete it, unless we must keep it by law;
• withdraw your consent;
• nominate someone to act for you.

Aurari is a service for businesses. It isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll tell signed-in users on their dashboard.
