Terms of
service.
These terms are an agreement between you (and the brand you represent) and VEOKSHALABS Private Limited (“Veoksha”, “we”), Delhi, India, which runs Aurari. They apply when you use this site, send a brief or work with us on a campaign. Your signed proposal adds the specifics: scope, price, dates and usage. Where the proposal and these terms differ, the proposal wins.
01Who can use it
Aurari is for businesses. You must be at least 18. If you act for a brand, you confirm you have its authority to brief us and accept proposals for it.
02Your account
You sign in with Google. Keep that account secure: anything done from it on Aurari counts as done by you. Tell us at mohit@veoksha.com if you think someone else has used it.
03Briefs, proposals and the work
A brief is a request, not an order. Nothing is charged for sending one. We reply with questions and, if we can take the work on, a proposal. The proposal sets out the creator, the deliverables, revision rounds, usage rights, price, payment schedule and timeline.
Work starts when you accept the proposal on your campaign page. Accepting it, approving scripts and approving each cut there are binding confirmations. An approved cut is accepted as delivered for that round.
04Revisions
Each deliverable includes the revision rounds stated in your proposal. A round is one consolidated set of changes. Further rounds, or changes to an approved script or a changed brief, may be billed. Your producer will confirm the cost before doing them.
05Fees and payment
- Invoices follow the payment schedule in your proposal and are due by the date shown. Prices exclude GST and other taxes unless stated.
- Amounts already invoiced for work started are not refundable, except as the proposal says.
- We may pause work while an invoice is overdue.
06Your materials
You keep ownership of everything you send us: product photos, logos, brand assets, films to remake, scripts and references. You give us permission to use them to make your campaign. You confirm you have the rights to them, and that your product claims are true and lawful.
07Our creators and your licence
The AI creators (their names, faces, likeness, voices, personas and worlds) and our tools, prompts and methods belong to Veoksha. Making content with a creator doesn't transfer any ownership of the creator.
Once your invoices for a campaign are paid in full, you get a licence to use its final deliverables on the channels, in the territory and for the period stated in your proposal. Anything not in the proposal, including paid or whitelisted ads, other channels or a longer period, needs a written extension. A creator built for you is exclusive only if your proposal says so.
08AI content and honest advertising
All creator content is AI-generated. You agree to:
- keep it labelled as AI where platforms or law require (for example Instagram's AI label);
- disclose paid partnerships as advertising, following ASCI's guidelines for influencer advertising in India;
- not present any creator as a real person, or say a creator bought, used or personally recommends your product;
- not edit the content to be misleading.
09What we won't make
We may decline or stop a brief that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, sexual, hateful or political, that impersonates a real person or another brand, or that promotes tobacco, gambling or products that need approval they don't have. We may also decline a brief that breaks platform rules. If we stop a campaign for this reason, you pay only for work already done.
10Portfolio and spec work
Unless your proposal says otherwise, we may show delivered work in our portfolio and on our creators' pages after your campaign goes live. Spec remakes on this site are our own demonstrations and are not endorsed by the brands shown. See Disclosures.
11Confidentiality
We keep your unreleased products, plans and briefs confidential, and use them only for your campaign. We ask you to keep our proposals, pricing and unreleased creator content confidential too.
12Third-party links
The site links to stores and other websites, some through affiliate programmes. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, prices or stock.
13Cancelling
You can cancel a campaign by messaging your producer. You pay for work done up to that point and for any costs we can't recover. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
14Liability
We make the work with care, but the site and the content are provided as they are. We don't promise any particular reach, sales or results. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any campaign is limited to the fees you paid for that campaign. Neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits.
15Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We'll first try to settle any dispute by talking. If that fails, the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
16Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. The terms in force when you accept a proposal apply to that campaign. Questions: mohit@veoksha.com. See also our Privacy policy.
